Job Title: Software Vice President Global Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Vice President Global Sales to join our team at Stonewood Group Inc. as a pivotal member of our management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, directing, and executing the sales strategy for our current and future product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive top-line revenue growth across all customer, geographic, and product segments.
  • Lead and manage a dynamic sales team, including outside and inside sales, channel partners, and systems integrators, to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Evaluate and refine our existing sales strategies and processes to ensure alignment with our business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth in a mid-sized growth-oriented software company.
  • Strong understanding of the technology for marketing ecosystem and ability to develop and execute sales strategies that leverage this expertise.
  • Experience in developing and implementing channel programs and managing relationships with channel partners.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. A willingness to relocate to Toronto and/or a proximity to the head office would be highly desirable, but not mandatory.
