Job Title: Systems Administrator – Microsoft Dynamics

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, support, and ongoing maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices and implement them as appropriate.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Dynamics 365 environment.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, and configuration.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal & written.
