- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Manage Inventory: Conduct regular inventory audits, manage stock levels, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Our department store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods, walk, and handle heavy loads.
