Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at REAL CANADIAN PIZZA & DONAIR INC. as a key member of our restaurant operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation StaffOversee and direct the activities of staff responsible for food preparation, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence.
Inventory Management and Quality ControlEstimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring optimal stock levels and maintaining quality control standards.
Reporting and Record-KeepingPrepare and submit accurate reports, maintaining detailed records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Work Schedule ManagementEstablish and manage work schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal productivity.
Work Environment and Physical Demands- Fast-Paced Environment
Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and strong organizational skills.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
ExperienceAt least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related role.
