Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Assign sales workers to duties and tasks to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Inventory Management
- Authorize the return of merchandise and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Customer Service
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Permanent employment with a dynamic and growing company.
- Ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
