About The Role:
Axiom Builders is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee a significant residential development project. This initiative will feature a 50-storey structure with 479 units, including extensive underground parking and a variety of indoor and outdoor amenities.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction and performance of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating internal resources and external vendors to ensure projects are executed flawlessly and delivered on time and within budget;
- Developing and managing project scope, timelines, costs, and objectives while engaging all relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility;
- Serving as the primary contact for consultants, engineers, trades, site personnel, and clients;
- Promoting the company’s image of efficiency, quality, and technical expertise while ensuring fair management of trades and suppliers;
- Collaborating closely with site staff to provide the necessary resources for successful project execution;
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, addressing issues, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.

Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in residential and mixed-use concrete high-rise projects;
- A certificate, diploma, or degree in Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field;
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Procore;
- A robust network of subcontractors in the local area;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
- Experience with virtual construction and 3D modeling software is a plus.
