Job Title: Roofer

We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team at Real Blue Roofing Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of roofing systems, including built-up roofing, asphalt shingles, and metal roofs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of roofing materials and techniques, as well as excellent physical abilities to work at heights and in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and repair roofing systems, including built-up roofing, asphalt shingles, and metal roofs
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces
  • Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools
  • Install sheet metal flashings
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and specifications
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and have excellent hand-eye coordination.

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in roofing
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 to 35 hours per week

The ideal candidate will have excellent client focus, dependability, reliability, and teamwork skills.
