Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Project Manager to join our team at 0004 DXC Technology Deutschland GmbH. As a global strategic partner of ServiceNow for Continental Europe, we implement state-of-the-art ITIL solutions for medium and large organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple ServiceNow projects within Germany and abroad, ensuring timely execution and completion.
  • Oversee the administration of projects, including resource planning, issue tracking, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with customers and team members to ensure effective status exchange and project progress.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant ServiceNow project management experience, including project leadership and all phase lifecycles.
  • Knowledge of software tools for project management and proficiency in ServiceNow.
  • Any project management certification is a plus.
