Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Program Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Program Manager to join our dynamic team at 0004 DXC Technology Deutschland GmbH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer engagement in the ServiceNow area and is highly customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all customer demands as the Single Point of Contact for our ServiceNow organization and provide timely responses.
  • Oversee the financial situation of the entire ServiceNow program with the customer.
  • Manage additional project managers who will report to you.
  • Coordinate with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
  • Ensure that project managers manage the scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management of ServiceNow projects.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Implement quality assurance processes and perform regular quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field or equal experience.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably with senior project management skills around ServiceNow projects.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
  • PMP/Prince2 or similar program/project management certification preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English (preferable also in German).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
