About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team at Barber & Co. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality haircuts and grooming services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Haircutting and Grooming: Cut and trim hair according to client preferences, using a variety of techniques and tools.
  • Shaving and Trimming: Shave and trim beards and mustaches to perfection, using precision and attention to detail.
  • Scalp Care: Provide scalp conditioning massages and other hair treatments to promote relaxation and well-being.
  • Supervision: Supervise apprentices or students in training, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
  • Supply Management: Maintain and order supplies, ensuring that the salon is well-stocked and equipped to meet client needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the barbering industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
