About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced barber to join our team at Barber & Co. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting and grooming services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality hair cutting and grooming services to clients, including cutting and trimming hair, shaving and trimming beards and mustaches, and providing scalp conditioning massages.
  • Supervise apprentices and students in training to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Maintain and order supplies to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Perform receptionist duties, including answering phones and responding to client inquiries.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the barbering industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
