Job Title: Child Care Live-In Caregiver

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Child Care Live-In Caregiver to join our team at Lorelei Penaranda. As a live-in caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Shop for food and household supplies, preparing nutritious meals for the family
  • Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
  • Care for pets and maintain their well-being
  • Discipline children according to the parents' requested methods
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children
  • Help children with homework and provide academic support
  • Cook and prepare meals for the family
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar field
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility, initiative, and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability, patience, and honesty
