About The Happy Camel Inc.

We are a leading bakery and retail establishment seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join our team as a Baker Helper. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Safety and Handling: Maintain a high level of food safety and handling skills to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Team Support: Provide support to our team members, including 5-10 people, to ensure the efficient operation of our bakery and retail operations.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Utilize MS Excel and MS Word to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Security and Safety: Meet the requirements for a criminal record check, driving record check (abstract), and basic security clearance.
  • Weight Handling: Lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as required.
  • Tools and Equipment: Wear steel-toed safety boots and safety glasses/goggles as required.
Requirements:
  • Availability: Be available for shift or on-call work.
  • Availability for Start Date: Be available for the advertised start date.
  • Student Status: Not be a current student.
  • Work Eligibility: Be legally able to work in Canada.
  • Residency: Currently reside in proximity to the advertised location.
  • Education: Not require a degree, certificate, or diploma.
  • Experience: Have 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
