Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Shree Restaurant Bakery & Sweets. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting kitchen and food service areas.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Operate machinery and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to distinguish between colors, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, hand-eye coordination, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, dependability, excellent oral communication, reliability, and team player.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
