We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager of GRC, Information Security to join our team at First National. As a key member of our Information Security department, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, integrity, and availability of our information assets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Information Security Management Framework to protect our organization's assets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure effective security controls and risk management.
- Manage the security risk management and compliance strategy, framework, and approach to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulations.
- Advise other teams on the design and implementation of effective security controls to mitigate risks.
- Proactively track and communicate the status of risk response activities to ensure timely resolution.
- 10 years of experience in information security management, with a minimum of 7 years in a medium or large-sized organization.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
- Information security certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO27001.
- Experience with information security management frameworks and developing/maintaining security policies, standards, processes, and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analysis, and writing skills.
- Leadership skills, including ability to work effectively with business unit managers and IT operations staff.
