Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at The Yellow Chili. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food items according to company recipes and standards, including portioning and wrapping food items.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment, and disposing of trash and recyclables.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies, including food, beverages, and cleaning products.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service or customer service role.
  • Language: English.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week.
