About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring ECE Assistant to join our team at Babies 'N' Tos Daycare Inc. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for our young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organized daycare environment, including equipment and facilities.
  • Engage children in activities such as storytelling, singing, and crafts, promoting their cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Assist early childhood educators in developing and implementing programs that meet the needs of our children.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and staff to ensure a smooth and successful childcare experience.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience working with children in a daycare or similar setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
