Position: Senior Windows Administrator - Level 3
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee corporate Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange infrastructures
- Formulate and enforce desktop management protocols
- Revise documentation and system configurations
- Deliver incident resolution and conduct post-incident evaluations
- Establish proactive support methodologies
- Address Support and Operations inquiries
- Guarantee high service availability and ensure business continuity
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience with Exchange and a decade in IT administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and desktop management
- Capability to monitor system performance and strategize for future growth
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Windows server ecosystems
- Exceptional troubleshooting abilities and capacity to perform under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation Package:
Base Salary Range: $90,000—$120,000 CAD
