Windows Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Windows Systems Administrator to join our Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with other System Administrators, Desktop, Security, and Cyber Security Operations Center teams to design, manage, and support our Windows environments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Exchange and Active Directory, with experience in desktop management policies, group policies, and software deployment. You will be responsible for administering corporate Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange environments, acting as a subject matter expert for other internal and client-facing AD & Exchange deployments.
Key Responsibilities- Administer corporate Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange environments
- Develop, implement, and manage desktop management policies
- Update documentation and write new procedures
- Deliver timely and high-quality incident resolution and post-incident analysis
- Develop and implement strategies for providing proactive support
- Respond to Support and Operations cases related to Exchange, AD, or other Windows Server issues
- Ensure all Windows systems operate with high service availability
- Ensure corporate services adhere to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Programs
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience with Exchange and at least 10 years of overall experience in IT administration and advanced computer support
- Technology infrastructure design, implementation, and management experience
- Ability to monitor, test, and analyze system activities
- Ability to analyze system usage and plan for growth or increases in system capacity
- Ability to identify and resolve problems affecting systems performance, efficiency, and availability
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Windows server
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange PowerShell commands
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organization skills and initiatives
- Resourcefulness in problem-solving abilities
