HCR Permanent Search is currently working with a top manufacturing company in the industry who needs to hire a Production Supervisor for a straight night shift (11pm – 7 am).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee CNC machining lines to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.
  • Manage production schedules and workflows to meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues.
  • Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • Work experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of managing CNC machining lines and improving production efficiency.
