Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Project Architect / Project Manager with a strong passion for design and a proven track record in managing healthcare projects through all phases of planning, design, and construction. This role requires a dynamic leader who can inspire and guide a team while fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creatively design and execute projects while understanding the needs of all stakeholders, including tenants, consumers, and contractors.
  • Address and resolve intricate design and technical challenges.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Lead projects with efficiency and effectiveness through inspirational guidance.
  • Mentor team members to enhance in-house expertise and improve architectural methodologies.
  • Support the implementation of business objectives through leadership and coaching.

Qualifications:

  • Over 15 years of architectural design experience, particularly in healthcare.
  • Experience in guiding clinical user groups during design development is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with capital project planning approvals is preferred.
  • Knowledge of AFP/P3 procurement models is a plus.
  • A Master's Degree in Architecture is desirable.
  • Registration as an Architect is preferred or eligibility for registration.
  • Proficient in managing BIM projects and processes.
  • Expertise in REVIT, Navisworks, and LEED AP is beneficial.
  • Strong skills in both analogue and digital visual communication.
  • Extensive experience in project planning, design, and contract administration.
  • Proven leadership in managing multiple projects in a hybrid work environment.
  • Ability to oversee large-scale projects with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in leading project proposals and responses.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and Adobe Suite.
