- Facilitate the flow of information within the team.
- Oversee and manage daily operations.
- Guide and motivate staff members.
- Handle incoming mail and materials efficiently.
- Organize and plan daily activities.
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures.
- Schedule and confirm appointments as needed.
- Manage telephone communications and relay messages.
- Respond to electronic inquiries promptly.
- Compile and analyze data and statistics.
- Address employee questions and concerns.
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Type and proofread various documents.
- Conduct research as required.
