About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our team at UNDEROOF AUTOBODY. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Industrial Cleaning: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Window Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and well-maintained facility.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Appliance Maintenance: Perform minor repairs on appliances to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Safety and Security: Perform safety and security checks to ensure the facility is secure and safe for employees and visitors.
  • Winter Maintenance: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safe access to the facility.
