Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our Retail Leasing team as a Commercial Real Estate Sales Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and business opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial drive and a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Real estate license (not required for initial interview)
