Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the care team, fostering a culture of excellence and client-centered care.
- Develop and implement comprehensive policies and procedures that prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to monitor and enhance the effectiveness of the care team.
- Ensure strict adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders to facilitate seamless collaboration and support.
- Provide ongoing guidance, mentorship, and support to the care team members.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns related to the care team's operations.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a closely related field.
