Position Overview
Become a vital part of our organization at Baptist Housing, where we strive to enhance the quality of life for seniors in our nurturing environments. As the Lead Quality Assurance Strategist, your primary responsibilities will include offering clinical guidance, spearheading program initiatives, and executing quality enhancement strategies. You will ensure adherence to regulatory standards while advocating for essential resources to foster high-quality care. Your role will also encompass program oversight and management, aimed at cultivating a culture of safety and well-being across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a recognized nursing or health science program
- A minimum of 5 years in the healthcare sector
- Experience in adult education and clinical training
- At least 2 years of nursing experience, with a preference for long-term care settings
- Preferred certification in gerontology

We are in search of a dedicated leader with a solid background in healthcare and a focus on quality management. Your commitment to resident care and service, combined with exceptional interpersonal abilities, will be crucial in this position.
