Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Stock Unloader Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a Stock Unloader Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload and Process Merchandise
    • Unload trailers and process merchandise in a timely and efficient manner
    • Sort and organize merchandise to ensure accurate and efficient stocking
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment
    • Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures
    • Complete safety sweep logs and ensure displays and fixtures are secure
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
    • Assist in stocking the sales floor as assigned and provide support to customers as needed
  • Support Inventory Management
    • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring merchandise is properly stocked
    • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized warehouse environment
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment an asset
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. logistics, supply chain management)
    • Previous experience in inventory management or a related field
