About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Pastor to lead our congregation in Burlington, KS. As a conservative, evangelical, restoration movement church, we value solid Biblical teaching and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preach and teach Sunday messages and other leadership roles
  • Develop and implement ministry teams to serve the body of Christ and community
  • Collaborate with existing elders, staff, and church body to achieve our mission
  • Utilize technologies such as Right Now Media, Planning Center, and Text in Church to support ministry efforts
Requirements
  • High character, work ethic, competence, and chemistry with existing church leaders
  • Ability to lead and manage ministry teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
