The Christian Church of Burlington, KS is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Pastor to join our team. As a key leader, you will play a vital role in shaping the spiritual direction of our church and guiding our community in their faith journey.
Key Responsibilities- Provide spiritual leadership and guidance to the church community
- Develop and implement effective preaching and teaching strategies
- Collaborate with the elder team to make strategic decisions for the church
- Build and maintain strong relationships with church members and the wider community
- Oversee the planning and execution of worship services and other church events
- Strong biblical knowledge and preaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with the elder team and other church staff
- Passion for evangelism and community outreach
