Position Overview:
Reporting to the team leader, the successful candidate will be tasked with executing welding operations for the repair and upkeep of equipment and containers within the organization. This role may involve travel to various company locations.
- Fabricate steel frameworks
- Welding activities: cutting, drilling, and grinding
- Repair and maintain equipment and containers
- Service forklifts, bobcats, and construction machinery
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas
- Operate forklifts as needed
Qualifications:
- Welding DEP or equivalent certification
- OR
- 3-5 years of pertinent experience
Preferred Skills:
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills
Additional Details:
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 AM - 3:30 PM
- Overtime compensation at time and a half after 40 hours
- Full-time, permanent employment opportunity
