The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and train staff, and have a strong understanding of production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the production process to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed

Requirements:
