Job Summary

Sixpro is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Metal Products Manufacturing team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and leading a team of skilled workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure timely and efficient production of metal products.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure products meet Sixpro's high standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production workers to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Safety and Security: Oversee the safety and security of operations, including conducting regular safety inspections and implementing measures to prevent accidents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Environment: Noisy and hot work site environment.
