Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Business Transformation initiatives, driving organizational excellence and IT alignment. Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects to meet organizational goals, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget compliance.

  3. IT Alignment: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, driving technology-enabled business transformation.

  5. Project Governance: Establish and maintain project governance structures, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements
  1. Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum 3 years of demonstrated successful project management experience.
  3. University Degree from a recognized institution or equivalent formal educational program in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, etc.).
  4. Working knowledge of Agile delivery, ceremonies, and practices.
  5. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel and MS Project.
  6. Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or Jira.
  7. Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines.
  8. Demonstrated skill in managing project budgets and timelines.
  9. Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management, and time management skills.
  10. Strong verbal and communication skills, including the ability to present to senior managers.
  11. Demonstrated experience managing or delivering IT projects within outsourced and managed services environments.
