Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pastries, bread, and desserts to a high standard
- Work closely with the Pastry Chef to design and create new menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
- Sample and taste products to ensure quality and consistency
- Meet production schedules and deadlines
Requirements:
- Completion of a culinary program or equivalent experience
- At least one year of baking/pastry work experience
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
