Role Overview
The primary objective of this position is to oversee and manage the execution of Paid Social campaigns and strategies, ensuring effective communication with clients to support their success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Client Lead and Strategy Lead to define the strategic direction and execution of client campaigns.
- Oversee the successful launch of paid media campaigns on social platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter, Pinterest, Snap), including audience research, campaign setup, ad creation, audience management, and performance measurement.
- Ensure the ongoing optimization of client campaigns by analyzing performance metrics and incorporating feedback from clients and strategists.
- Deliver high-quality reporting and insights to clients, providing actionable commentary on campaign performance on a regular basis.
- Mentor and guide the Business Performance Analyst in executing and optimizing campaigns, as well as in reporting and insights generation.
- Contribute valuable insights and suggestions regarding client business strategies and industry trends, establishing a strong presence within the agency.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of individual client needs to provide tailored support and ensure they have the necessary resources to excel.
- Enhance your knowledge of the client's business, focusing on your specific area of responsibility.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Media, Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital performance agency or in a client-facing role focused on achieving performance targets.
- Proficiency in platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat; experience with additional platforms is a plus.
- A strong passion for digital marketing and a solid understanding of the digital landscape.
- Exceptional numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively resolve client challenges.
- Strong collaborative skills to work across various teams.
- Analytical mindset with strategic thinking capabilities.
- Exemplifies integrity and transparency in all interactions.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics is considered an asset.
Additional Information:
The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $85,000, with actual salary determined by relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, RRSP, and paid time off, are available to all permanent employees.
