Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Family Law Attorney/Articling Student to become a part of our legal practice. The successful candidate will possess a solid foundation in family law and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional legal services to clients dealing with various family-related challenges. As a Family Law Attorney, your responsibilities will encompass a diverse array of cases, including divorce proceedings, child custody disputes, and support matters, along with other family law issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer legal counsel and representation to clients across all facets of family law.
  • Perform legal research and analysis to formulate effective case strategies and arguments.
  • Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, agreements, and court submissions.
  • Advocate for clients in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and trials.
  • Maintain meticulous and organized case files and documentation.
  • Keep abreast of developments in family law statutes, regulations, and case law.
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships through consistent communication and responsiveness.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and professional conduct at all times.

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts

Compensation: Starting at $36,000.00 annually
