Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the deployment of on-site data center physical infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Install, replace, and troubleshoot cables and hardware, maintaining a high level of technical expertise.
  • Handle data-bearing devices, such as hard drives and solid-state drives, with precision and care.
  • Work within a ticket-based environment, prioritizing tasks and escalating issues as needed.
  • Perform assigned logistics and warehouse support tasks, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality results.
  • Document inbound and outbound packages, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with inventory controls.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least one year of experience in IT, data center, IT support, cabling, logistics, or a related field.
  • CompTIA certification, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingualism in English and French, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Nice to Have Skills and Experience:

  • Applicable certifications, such as ASICS/Inventory Control, CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+), Basic Structure Cabling (BSC), Data Center Foundation Certification (DCFC), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Vendor-Specific Network Certifications.
