About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Shell Moosomin. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and sale of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, ensuring timely restocking and maintaining a visually appealing store display.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash handling, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and meets health and safety standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing insights for business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Management: Proven experience in supervising and managing a team, with a focus on customer service and sales growth.
  • Inventory and Merchandise Management: Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Financial Management: Basic knowledge of cash handling and financial management principles.
  • Store Maintenance: Ability to maintain a clean and well-maintained store environment.
