About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Tenaris. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and maintainability of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and resources to achieve optimal results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role in a heavy manufacturing or steel mill environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including predictive maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and be on call as required.
  • Experience with CMMS systems, such as SAP, is an asset.
