Event Audio Visual Technician Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Event Audio Visual Technician to join our team at Encore Canada. As an Event Audio Visual Technician, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment, ensuring seamless execution of events and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate audiovisual equipment, including sound and lighting systems, to ensure flawless execution of events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth event execution and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest audiovisual technologies and trends to provide innovative solutions for events.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that their events are tailored to their specifications.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred.
  • 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
  • 1 year of audiovisual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required for team members who may operate company vehicles.
