Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the integrity of pricing data in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Vendors, and Customers to set up and maintain accurate and timely customer pricing.
  • Resolve pricing issues escalated by Customer Care, Sales, Finance, Vendors, or Customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Analyze gross profit, identify misses, and determine corrective actions.
  • Analyze rebate discrepancy reports and work with Vendors to reconcile payments.
  • Perform data manipulation and analysis.
  • Support projects and team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education preferred, with previous related experience an asset.
  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in working with large datasets.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of pricing processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
  • Experience in JDE or SAP an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and identify solutions.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, supportive, and fun environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage priorities and diverse tasks.
  • Ability to lead and influence others.
  • Knowledge of medical products and terminology an asset.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) preferred.
