Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Balance Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the weighing station, ensuring accurate weight measurements, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain the weighing station, ensuring accurate and reliable weight measurements.
  • Manage the flow of trucks in and out of the station, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Enter data accurately and ensure its validity, preparing weekly reports as needed.
  • Communicate with drivers and other stakeholders to provide information on vehicle weights and other relevant details.
  • Ensure the safety of personnel and vehicles on site, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Perform other related tasks as required to support the weighing station operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service or a related field.

  • Experience with tractor operation (shunters) is considered an asset.
