Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop customs processes, service platforms, and productivity output.
  • Address client queries and support positive relationships with clients and government authorities.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Customs Services to achieve company goals and targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in customs brokerage at a supervisory or management level.
  • College Diploma in International Transportation & Customs or related field.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of customs procedures, tariffs, regulatory requirements, profit & loss management, accounting, and CSA.
  • CCS, CTCS, LCB designations preferred.
  • Experience in CargoWise One system or related windows-based brokerage systems considered an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
