Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing cash register transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process cash register transactions, including handling cash, credit card, and gift card payments.
  • Balance cash register and handle financial paperwork, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including showroom inventory and workspace.
  • Process refunds and returns, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Previous cash-handling and customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to lift items up to 50lbs.
