Job Title: Rotary Wing Military Training Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Rotary Wing Military Training Expert to join our team at CAE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to evaluate aerospace devices and systems, as well as providing training and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, plan, and execute verification and validation testing activities.
  • Create and maintain training and mission test procedures and associated scenarios and lesson plans.
  • Provide support to engineering teams during all project phases.
  • Test simulators to ensure design, customer, training, and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Support customer acceptance and device qualification by governmental authorities.
  • Work with marketing teams to provide input to potential customers and assist with estimates for bids and proposals.
  • Identify and participate in the resolution of defects during project execution.
  • Report test results and provide recommendations to project teams to assess project risks.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience as a Rotary Wing Military Aircrew.
  • Strong technical background and prior exposure to simulation.
  • Experience with training needs analysis, crew training, and test and evaluation.
  • Knowledge of armament, simulator qualification requirements, and associated aircrew training/testing/checking credits.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Complex military mission and systems experience.
  • Tactical aircraft systems experience (Radar, EO, EW/ESM).
  • Flight instruction experience.
  • Maritime Patrol experience.
  • Tactical/Combat experience.
