About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inside Sales and Delivery Driver. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and generating new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer order and quotation requests, both in-person and via phone, email, and faxed correspondence.
- Receive, enter, and process orders, and deliver products to customers.
- Develop relationships and partnerships with customers to establish our business as a First Choice Supplier.
- Analyze market trends and champion sales initiatives to increase overall market share and profitability.
- Engage with customers to identify needs, respond to inquiries, and offer timely solutions.
- Process orders, quotes prices, and provides order information to customers.
- Restock store merchandise, arrange stock on shelves, and maintain showroom cleanliness.
- Drive delivery van to pick up incoming stock or deliver materials to designated locations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales and customer service.
