About the Role

We are seeking a skilled School Bus Driver to join our team at First Student Canada-Transco. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a school bus in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and parents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other drivers and transportation staff to ensure smooth and efficient route operations.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Ability to pass a Ministry prescribed medical examination and background checks.
