Community Living Glengarry Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and hire staff, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Administer employee benefits, including health, dental, and life insurance
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a non-profit or community-based organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
