Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Community Living Glengarry Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and select candidates for various positions within the organization
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Administer employee benefits, including health and dental plans, and pension plans
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
