Job Description:
beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Services Specialist to provide exceptional administrative and customer service support to our real estate clients in Edmonton, AB. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and have a proven track record of providing top-notch support to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to real estate clients, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and responding to inquiries
  • Manage customer service inquiries, including responding to emails and phone calls
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
